I know, lentils are healthy and a good source of plant protein, but I’ve never been able to cook them with any flavor. I took a chance and bought some of the fine products from lentilhub.com. They turned out great! My vegetarian daughter even liked it and she is difficult to cook for. I highly recommend this excellent product. You will not be disappointed. Keep in mind they recommend you sauté some diced tomatoes before cooking, but I was able to use canned diced tomatoes and it turned out great.

I purchased several different varieties and I am thrilled that I already have more to try. These are delicious, convenient, healthy and can be used as a great base, to add greens or grains to, or anything else one wants, but even on its own, it’s a great meal. I just sent 6 jars as a gift to a friend, and my friends who were visiting when I made it all plan to order some. Highly recommend
