This was soooo delicious

This was soooo delicious. When I made it, I used a can of Rotel since it's diced tomatoes with some heat. I also added a frozen bag of peas and carrots. The spices you added to the lentils just made this so flavorful!

Delicious and Simple!!!

Delicious! The spices were perfectly blended. Also, simple to prepare and easily feeds 4 for 1 meal or 1 for four meals. Add warm sourdough bread and perhaps a side salad and it's a hearty dinner.
