One jar makes four meals.

Refrigerate after cooking.

Pro Tip

You can also cook half jar—just shake well to evenly distribute spices and reduce water by half.

A 5-6 Quart pot works well for the cooking full pack.

Start with the Base

Heat your favorite oil, butter, or ghee in a deep pot.

Build the Flavor

Add the contents of The Lentil Hub jar to the pot. Stir in ⅓ cup of Greek yogurt (or one chopped tomato for a vegan version) and sauté on medium heat for 2–3 minutes.

Optional: If adding vegetables, sauté them first in oil until soft before adding the lentil mix.

Add Water & Cook

See chart below for water. Start with the lower end of the suggested water amount and add more if needed. Cover and cook (medium-high heat works well) until the lentils are soft & well-blended.
