Just tried Trinity, our first of five varieties we ordered, and it’s a winner. We love extra fresh vegetables so I added onion, carrot, and celery to the canned tomato and used the leftover tomato juice and chicken broth for the liquid. A dollop of yogurt tempered the heat for me last night but for leftovers today, I’m sure the heat will be perfect. Great flavors!!
Love love my sunny toor mix lentils! Easy to prepare and delicious. I added spinach in the end with a squeeze of lemon. Have also given it as a gift to family and friends. They loved it as well!
Absolutely psyched that there is a clean product I can give my toddler to snack on! Both salted and cheese flavored are delicious. or should I say "you can't just eat one!"
I love the taste, texture, and ingredients in this mix! It is also super easy to make. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is price. I splurged to make this order. Unfortunately I can’t afford to keep it as a staple in my pantry. If I could afford it, I would have it all the time!
